Please review the list of updates below which we have implemented since our last product update in mid-January. All of these updates are live in our system now.
Our enhancements include:
Dialer for outbound calling:
- Dial a contact outbound from recruiting or retention and inbound calls will be routed to the user forwarding number where inbound texts are also forwarded
- Turn on call recording in the User Settings screen
- The additional of a block off minutes included in each pricing plan detailed on the billing page with usage billing by block of minutes above the amount included in the product tier
Multi-Office Brokerage enhancements
- Donate campaigns to the organization campaign library where the campaigns can be downloaded by other accounts linked in an organization
- Transfer team member from retention across accounts in an organization where there is centralized recruiting and onboarding at the office level
Other Additional Enhancements:
- Add additional users within a pricing plan tier within BK billing page
- Donate smart campaigns to the Brokerkit campaign library
- Configure the timezone and production values for an account in Account Settings
- Added the ability for a user to create their own trial account to speed up onboarding
We made these UX (User Experience) changes to improve product usability
- Implemented product analytics to study user behavior and made the below changes to improve usability, make onboarding faster and reduce support tickets
- We moved Campaigns, Landing Pages, Data, Labels from User Menu to the left sidebar menu
- Made “Smart Subscriptions” sort by “Start Date” instead of “Campaign Name”
- Added logging when a phone number is released
- Shared with Referring Agent set to Staff Only by default
- One task will be created per contact on the “Add Task” bulk action
- We removed the “Backlog” screen due to lack of use
We Addressed These Bugs:
- Where an image was not copied to the text area from Google Docs
- When timeline events showed from another user
- When the contact form was absent on the landing page
- When the wrong filter counts were shown when contacts deleted
- When the signature was malformed when the user logged in
- When the user was unable to log in on a trial account
- When after choosing a template and changing the content of the created smart campaign, the smart campaign was not saved correctly
- Where smart campaigns were not showing up for some users
- When smart campaigns were sending duplicate text messages
