Does Brokerkit offer trials?
We don't offer trials. Our onboarding process is thorough, and completing it is the best way to get the full experience and understand the product. Instead, we'll walk you through Brokerkit in a demo, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you fully complete our onboarding and don't get at least one recruiting appointment within 30 days of signing up, we'll give you your money back.
Is MLS data included in my subscription?
You can start with your own contact lists, and Brokerkit can import agent data from MLS data sources. Ongoing MLS production data comes from a separate data-provider subscription. Ask us which options support your MLS.
Do I need a paid seat for every agent?
No. Only users with the admin or staff role use paid seats. Users with the agent or affiliate role, and your recruiting and retention contacts, are unlimited. Professional includes 2 paid seats, Performance 8 and Enterprise 25; additional seats are $74, $49 or $34 per month with monthly billing.
Is there an implementation fee, and what onboarding is included?
The upfront implementation and training fee is $199 for Professional, $399 for Performance and $999 for Enterprise. Professional includes one dedicated onboarding webinar session and Performance up to three; both include three Customer Boot Camp training sessions in our weekly group series, and Enterprise gets management-team onboarding and a dedicated Boot Camp series. All plans include unlimited attendance at weekly training and support sessions, as well as our monthly webinars. Want it built for you? Do I need an annual agreement, and can I change my plan?
All plans have annual agreements, whether you pay monthly or prepay annually. You can add or remove additional users and upgrade your plan during the term.
Will texts and calls use my personal phone number?
No. Due to texting compliance rules, we can't send texts from your personal number. Each user gets a dedicated Brokerkit number for calls and texts, with replies forwarded to a number you choose, and our team helps you set up verified texting and calling during onboarding.
Does Brokerkit replace our sales CRM?
Brokerkit is built for recruiting, onboarding and retaining real estate agents. It sits alongside your sales CRM, the one your agents use for buyers and sellers, and keeps your recruiting follow-up in one place.
What is BrokerBoost, and is it included in my plan?
BrokerBoost is an optional recruiting lead-generation service you can add to any Brokerkit plan, starting at $499 per month. Your package can use programmatic job posting, paid social media ads or Laura, our AI recruiter, with pricing based on your office locations, target market size and campaign channels.
Which plan is right for a large or multi-office brokerage?
