Old Leads: Where are they now?
Let’s take a look back…
- Every few months, spend some time going all the way back to the oldest leads in your CRM.
- First, start looking to see if they’ve switched companies.
- Then, spend the next day calling all of those people.
- This is the best way to set up an enterprise meeting with a well-known brand.
- Sometimes these people say they aren’t interested, but you’d be surprised just how many people will set up a call to see what’s changed.
Quick Tips: Embrace Rejection (don't run from it)
Rejection is a necessary part of the recruiting process, no one closes 100% of their prospects.
- How to get over your fear of rejection:
- Create a “funniest rejection” Slack channel where team members can compete to win a prize for the worst thing someone said in place of “No, thank you”
- If someone says NO, but is nice about it, ask “why not?”
- Try something like this:
- “I appreciate your honesty. The hardest thing about my job is not knowing whether we can help someone. For my own edification, do you mind telling me why you don’t think we can help you?”
Recent Bug fixes:
- Detailed error messaging added for any issues that occur when utilizing the Relitix integration
- Added Query Result count to MLS Search Queries, so customers know how many contacts to expect from their Relitix search
- MLS Import Notification Email de-selected by default
