Please review some best practices as well as a list of updates that we have implemented since our last product update. All of these updates are live in our system now.

Recent Product Updates: MLS Integration and New Campaigns

  • We now have a Relitix Integration to automatically sync your Recruiting and Retention database from the MLS without having to manually export from your provider and import into Brokerkit.

  • We have updated several campaign templates in the campaign library to include additional steps and even call and social media scripts:

Recruiting: Following Up with Leads That Download Content

Does this scenario sound familiar?
  • Your prospect downloads a white paper from your company, you give them a call to see if they have any questions.
    • They say no. You hang up without scheduling a meeting.
  • This is a common scenario and is a lose-lose for both you and the prospect.
  • You don’t get to share your insights with them and you don’t schedule a meeting.
  • Try this instead:
    • “What piqued your interest in the white paper?”
  • This way you can dig deeper about why they are doing research and you’ll be able to have a more relevant conversation!

Quick Tips: Email Engagement Follow Up

Do you see you have a group of prospects that have opened your email?
  • That’s the perfect group to pick up the phone and call!
    • No answer?
    • Send a Vidyard message
  • The perfect time to connect with them is when they have your brokerage top of mind.
  • Nine times out of ten they’ll tell you that they were just looking at your email, use that to your advantage.
    • You could say something like “what about that email caught your eye?”
  • Also, when somebody hangs up on you, make it a goal to move on to the next call as soon as possible.
    • Don’t waste time with disappointment!

Recent Bug fixes:

  • Advanced search in Tasks resetting the owner to null after any action has been resolved
  • The body styling of extra HTML content bleeding into the contact information on the right hand side of the contact profile has been resolved
  • Small edits to fonts/displays
