Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season and are excited to join you in kicking off an exciting 2023.
Since the last update post, we have rolled out several exciting features to Brokerkit across all versions of the platform. This post will cover all of the new updates and provide some helpful tips to start your recruiting year strong!
Updates to our Relitix Integration
Thanks to our continued partnership with the AI data platform Relitix, subscribers to both platforms continue to receive added functionality. Relitix stats and rankings are more accessible than ever and auto-populate in a unique panel on contact information page.
Previously Relitix notes would be pasted as text in the referrer notes, but now you can quickly gauge potential contacts at a glance within the Brokerkit Platform.
We’ve also added the ability to filter by Relitix data within the advanced search functionality, as seen below!
This change will allow you to quickly sort and filter to find the most ideal or productive agents in your area.
Restrict Staff Role To Assigned Contact
For users with multiple teams or offices, we’ve added a helpful change to the staff role. You can now toggle whether the staff role can see all contacts or restrict them to contacts directly assigned to them. This provides a two-fold benefit:
- Reduce confusion around which contact lists/leads belong to each office or team.
- Encourage agents to upload their contacts and data, as they will not need to worry about other offices or agents having access to their leads.
Staff will have access to all agents within the Brokerkit platform by default. However, admins can now easily change this through the User Settings.
To do this, go to the Users Settings page, and below the welcome message field, you will see a check box labeled “Restrict staff role access to assigned contact.”
Once checked, the staff member will be limited to their assigned contacts when running reports and searching through contacts.
Activity and Pipeline Report Updates
There has been a minor change to the Pipeline Report screen. We’ve now broken the views into three tabs based on your natural workflow:
This will help you see your recruiting progress at a glance, track agents as your sign, onboard, and move them to active, and see if there are any holes within your pipeline.
We’ve also rebuilt the Activity Report from the ground up!
As you assign leads to your recruiters or office managers, tracking the key performance indicators of their pipeline is essential. We’ve recreated the activity pipeline to be one easy-to-scan tab. As a result, you can evaluate your staff’s performance in activity for lead outreach and, more importantly, the conversion rate for contacts, appointments, and hires!

Tips from the Top
In a world where people know and understand automated emails, storytelling continues to be the only way to reach and engage people. Whether it’s agents you are looking to recruit, leads, or even former clients, most people will leave your email unread without a solid introduction.
Let’s look at two openings to show the difference storytelling can make:
Old way: Our brokerage helps agents win listing pitches through a mix of marketing, coaching, and technology. Can we schedule a time to see how you might fit in with our team?
New way: Last month, I helped a fresh agent secure three new listings through our mix of marketing, coaching, and technology. With your experience and the value our brokerage brings, we could triple that number. So let’s schedule a few minutes this week to speak.
While the first version sounds generic, the second version offers personality and directly speaks to potential recruits. Storytelling can take your recruiting efforts to the next level. Talk about what you solve and use a specific example!
