Please review the list of the updates we have implemented over the last couple of months since our last product update in January. All of these updates are live in our system now.
Our enhancements include:
- Multiple email addresses per recruiting lead or agent
- You can now capture multiple email addresses on a recruiting lead or agent, set the type of Office/Personal/Other and also set one as main which will be used with sending single, bulk and campaign emails
- When we import a CSV list into your account and it matches on the agent ID field, but has a different email address; we will now add that new email address into the lead/agent profile and they can both be matched on for future updates
- We added these commonly requested fields into the system and also added them to CSV imports, CSV exports and our API:
- Additional agent Production fields (Total # Production LTM, $ Change, % Change) and renamed the existing Production field to “Total $ Production LTM” where LTM is Last Twelve Months
- Average Sales Price which is calculated from Total $ Production LTM / Total # Production LTM
- Office Phone and Other Phone
- Office County and Office ID
- License number and License expiration date for agents as well as search on License expiration dates in Retention
- With the above changes, we can now import all columns exported from BrokerMetrics in CSV exports using the “Contact Information” view as well as include them in data exports from Brokerkit
- Added a column to the CSV export to capture activities logged
- Removed the validation on the forwarding number so that you can have a blank in the forwarding number on the Phone Number screen if you don’t want texts forwarded to you
- You can now search for recruiting leads and agents by Agent ID and Office ID in the Advanced Search free text search bar
- Billing page changes
- Added the ability to update credit cards from the billing page
- Added the ability to capture and update the billing address where invoices go
- Made agent notes editable by agents and affiliate users after they submit a referral
- Added the ability to assign a lead referrer when injecting a lead into Brokerkit via the API
- The source is now automatically set to “Referral” when agents or affiliate users refer a lead so you can add campaign triggers to trigger campaigns on recruiting lead referrals
- Added synchronization for the name and email fields between a user account (that a team member at BK>User Profile>Manage Team logs in with) and the records in Retention for that user so they stay in sync.
- Note that you should not create duplicate lead/agent records that use the email address of any user accounts as they will get synced with user updates.
- Also, note that changing the email address in Retention for a team member will change the email address that they will need to log in with.
We Addressed These Bugs:
- Subscription error when updating credit card details
- Smart campaign subscription getting paused when the lead’s status was changed
- Agents not able to sign in after being invited through the Invite Member Link
- Campaign triggers getting triggered twice if a lead was saved through public API
- Referrer not being set when adding a candidate/lead
- Fixed multiple screens in the user interface when logged in on a tablet such as an iPad
- Referrer or Team Member getting displayed under recruiting instead of retention when added through the Add Team Member form
- Duplicate landing page slug URLs could be stored for different teams
- Changing credit card details in our payment processor showing updated in the BK billing page
