Our enhancements include:
- Implement a blog on our front end website to provide product updates like this one
- A selector to turn off new lead notification emails
- Expansion of the text/email Variables (Merge Tags)
- Validation to prevent leads from being assigned to the same Smart Campaign concurrently
- Add timestamps to campaign subscriptions
- Update the landing pages to use a user photo if they have one uploaded
- Update the advanced search to be able to query on email addresses in lead profile or lead notes
- Increase the number of results that can be seen in a search query
Our Bug Fixes Include:
- When a new Team Member is added in Retention, add lead
- Some text conversations showed some sent messages as received
- Sometimes the Google Map failed to load on the Landing Page
- Leads with scheduled follow-up were not appearing in Follow-Up dashboard
- No password reset confirmation was received on form submit
- Sometimes text messages are sent, but don’t show up in BK feed
- Changing a Retention lead’s email address generates a duplicate
- Select All doesn’t let user un-select specific leads
- Upgrade to texting button doesn’t work (in texting pane)
- Agent Landing Pages receiving error
- Files attached to Smart Campaign touches don’t send
- Link field doesn’t populate when linking images in an email HTML editor
- Campaign steps count doesn’t update
