Please review the list of the updates below we have implemented since our last product update in July. All of these updates are live in our system now.
Our enhancements include:
Data Importer
- With the new data importer pictured below, you can now import data via the user interface yourself
- You can also re-import to bulk update data with changes into Recruiting and Retention on records that match by email address or agent ID
- We implemented these 4 importers:
- BrokerMetrics: Import and update your data exported from BrokerMetrics
- MarketView Broker: Import and update your data exported from MVB
- Leads: Import leads not in the BrokerMetrics/MarketView Broker format into Recruiting (e.g. from events, real estate schools, new licensees,…)
- Team Members: Import agents into Retention or reimport your retention roster for bulk updates

Enhanced HTML Editor
- Updated the HTML editor used in emails, email signatures, SMS texts, notes and landing pages to have more formatting options
- There are now more formatting options within the user interface as seen below
- The new editor now has full HTML and CSS support for your emails and landing pages. You can now paste newsletter style emails with complex HTML/CSS formatting from an HTML email builder in via the source code icon.
Additional Enhancements
- Added the ability to delete leads and team members as a bulk action in search results
- Added Text Campaigns, Email Campaigns and MLS as options in the source dropdown
- Added logic to prevent importing team members into Retention with no email address which can cause issues since their email address acts as their username for logging in
We Addressed These Bugs:
- Processing of Smart Campaigns getting suspended if the subscription didn’t have a lead
- Sending Invite to an affiliate which changed their role to an agent
- Save MLS bypassing other validations for Team account
