SELLSTATE'S COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Commissions
Sellstate Innovation Realty has three simple Commission Splits, starting at 80/20% split for newer agents and moving up to 100%, with 5% to the sponsoring agent.
Sellstate Innovation Realty does not have a rollback policy, but we require agents to maintain a minimum of 5 closed transactions a year.
Agent Asset Development (AAD) - Revenue sharing
