My name is Ken Kaiser. I was the Broker at Inventure Realty Group for the past 10 years. In that time we built the 10th largest brokerage in sales in South Central Wisconsin not agent count but sales. Why do I stress sales? Because sales mean commission to our agents. I loved working with our agents to build something we could all be proud of. We had a great thing going. So why did I decide to take our entire brokerage over to Real Broker LLC?
