TRAINING, MENTORING AND COACHING
Attend our Workshop Wednesdays with a presenter as well as access to over 550 on demand, anytime videos. This is a great service to the agents and you should get a lot of mileage out of it.
Purpose of the training is to increase agent production. Know what to say and when to say it, and be deliberate.
We accept a limited number of newly licensed agents throughout the year. Agents must enter our Mentorship Program designed specifically for new agents. You will be mentored by the designated broker of The Morine Group REALTORS or another top Realtor® within TMGR.
