As a GOH agent, you'll have access to our staging company. We run a 3000-square-foot warehouse, employ a full-time salaried stager, own our own truck, and partner with a moving company. It's not simply about making pretty pictures: Staged homes sell faster, and at higher dollar, are more likely to generate multiple offers and sell over list price. Because some buyers will balk at the prospect of spending money on staging, Gallery has offered this service at no cost whatsoever to you or the seller, helping you win listings in a competitive market.

Many Gallery of Homes listings have offers within the first 24 hours! Our President and Managing Broker both love coaching new agents, and our Training Manager as often as you need while you get settled in your new career. We have trainings that cover everything from personal branding, marketing, making the most of your sphere of influence, lead generation, open houses, listing appointments, etc. to the nitty gritty details like writing a listing contract or purchase agreement.
