multi-office customers with accounts linked in an Organization, added a filter to see the Activity Report rolled up across all accounts at the Organizational level<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Changed the sort order to alphabetical for multi-office brokerages in the user profile menu where you see your accounts to switch between<\/li>\n<li>Addressed an issue where email notifications were not generating when transfering a lead across accounts in an Organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section two sets of updates to improve the usability of Tasks based on user input after the initial version was released in November<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem;\">Added a variable for email signature in all places where you can send emails so you can merge it from your user settings<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Change the default to Show All leads\/tasks in all views so that you see your records without changing the default for a new user that does not have records assigned yet<\/li>\n<li>Updated the Phone Number page you can release your Brokerkit phone number, see your released phone numbers, and request a released phone number to be restored<\/li>\n<li>Added an in-app NPS (Net Promoter) survey for users to better obtain and act on customer feedback. Notes along with your review are super helpful.<\/li>\n<li>Added the capability to provide user updates with a banner at the top of the screen<\/li>\n<li>Added a limit on file uploads to 10 MB in the text editor to avoid performance issues with very large files added to places like your email signature or email steps in campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Changed the unsubscribe footer on bulk and campaign emails to be less obtrusive<\/li>\n<li>Updated the export CSV column name headers to match the import header names so they can all be re-imported without needing to be changed<\/li>\n<li>Updated the profile timeline to preserve history when a campaign subscription is deleted to better troubleshoot campaign sending issues<\/li>\n<li>Changed the Agent Notes field label in the contact profile to Referrer Notes so it is more clear this is where the notes will show from a referring agent<\/li>\n<li>Changed the field label Avatar to Headshot image in the User Settings page so it is more clear what to upload for new users<\/li>\n<li>Added additional logging on emails to better troubleshoot issues with blast emails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e3ffc25 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e3ffc25\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_eae_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a71995a\" data-id=\"a71995a\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-603ec64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"603ec64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>We Addressed These Bugs:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure users and user roles are created from all methods where you can add a team member in retention to ensure they will get a referral account and will be included in Blast Email\/Text communications<\/li>\n<li>Bulk updated all retention team members with an email address to ensure they have a user and role<\/li>\n<li>Addressed an issue where the role could not be switched between Agent and Affiliate in Retention<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue with CSV downloads from a Chrome browser update by changing link from HTTP to HTTPS<\/li>\n<li>Removed the wait time if you reorder a campaign step with a wait to be the first step to avoid confusion on why there is a lag for the first step to to go out<\/li>\n<li>Removed the email address from the cc line in a calendar appointment when sending the next calendar appointment<\/li>\n<li>Cleared the Google\/Microsoft API token when a user changes their email address so that they are forced to login again to address issues with emails and calendar appointments not sending after changing email address<\/li>\n<li>Addressed an issue where source based campaigns where accidentally triggered when date triggers was initially released and pause all of those campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Addressed an issue where contact profiles would not load from unrecognized Javascript in an email signature<\/li>\n<li>Addressed an issue with unrecognized characters not showing properly in CSV exports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please review the list of the updates below which we have implemented since our last product update in November.
